I would file abandonment and go for full custody. Your have better Sucess that way.

@suzzie., well he hasn't seen her in person in 6yrs. He's been living in Puerto Rico. So I'm sure that will be enough lol

@lamonicafrost23 Full Custody hard to get you have to have a very good valid reason for it... My man x tried to and she didn't get it. Saved us almost 400 to file. Lol

@suzzie., I'm gonna go for full custody because I have her all the time anyways. He has rights and doesn't even use them.

@lamonicafrost23 I had warned him multiple times and he decided to continue what he was doing acting like I won't leave. Haha, I left and have Full Custody of them two. He has non at all. But I'm nice n still let him see them as long as he follows the terms I gave him. But its to hard to do. 😢

Mine, we have a 3&4 yr old together. And its my fault he don't see them cuz I left him cuz he didn't wanna change and after 4 yrs his behavior was only getting worse as the days went bye.

It took his going to jail for almost six months and prison for another 2.5 yrs to change his attitude.
