Maybe a 4 to 5. It wasn't that bad, as I was able to just sleep all day. The pain didn't wake me up and that was with an induction, when the contractions are supposedly horrible.

Both of mine were about a 4-5. It's just more uncomfortable than painful for me.

I had an epidural and I had an easy healing process. So IDK if this counts for me. Lol.
