Moms I need your help, I have horrible chest pain. It is different than heart burn and feels like I have bricks on my chest , I also feel like I have to burp and that does help make it feel better. I don't want to go to the ER if I can fix it at home.ive never felt this before. Does anyone know what it could be?

@abbydi, oh okay, I was going to say it's gas cuz that's what mine feels like, then take a gas-x and it goes away. But I'm not sure abut it all the way up to throat
