K mamas i need some boob advise how did you breastfeeding moms get passed the awkward learning phase right now i have 2 crackled nipples whitch i had the lc come in amd show me how to better latch so that is being fixed but till these things heal my boobs are in major pain

My mom told me my own breast milk after each feeing

Coconut oil, and staying determined. Pump until your nipples feel better bt let baby latch here and there during the day so they dnt forget.

Do you use disposable breast pads? Those made my nipples dry and crack
