@jsandhu19.js, ok thanks. We usually do raw honey for sore throats. I will def try that for sure.

@scarapella1 also if u do get a cough or sore throat this has worked for me 1tbsp ginger water only 1tbsp lemon juice fresh 1tbsp honey and don't gulp it let it trickle down ur throat like saliva and dont drink anything after for good 1hr do it 3 times a day :)

I got dried elderberries from amazon its called Frontier Dried Elderberries. You have to make sure you cook them for a good 1hr because they are poisonous!

Recipe is 3/4 cup elderberries

3 1/2 cups water

1tbsp of grated ginger

3-4 cloves garlic minced

1tsp cinnamon

1cup honey

Put it all in a pot together let it reach boiling point then turn it to low heat and let it cook for good 45minz to an hour!

Once its done take a potatoe masher and mash the berries in the water and once u mash it take a strainer and pull all the juice out and once its just warm not hot put 1 cup of honey in it!

Thats it! Works wonders for us hope it does for u ladies!!
