I take the Prenatal Vitamins Gummies and I take 2 a day and nothing bad happen to my son. I was 40weeks and 6days when I give birth to him. He was one healthy happy baby. He weigh 8lbs 10.4oz. Do you take the gummies? Those are 2 a day. If the directions are to take 2 you're fine. But if they are capsules and the directions are to take one, when you're pregnant make sure you only take 1 a day because too much of certain vitamins can hurt an unborn baby and cause birth defects.
