@kimberly.jo.herlinger, the appointment went good but because it was a new experience for her she freaked out a little more then I expected. I hope your experience is good and that everything is well
@shellbell0391, her dr actually suggested she get checked out because her left eye was a little lazy. So we had to find a pediatric eye dr who then went through a full exam (and I mean full exam. They dilated the eyes and everything (minus the puff of air)). After the eye exam it was determined in order to fix her left eye (she actually was relying completely on her right eye to see. They determined this because when they covered up her right eye she freaked out, they said because of her reaction she wasn't really seeing anything out of the left) that she would need glasses at a very high prescription because she also ended up being farsighted.
I wasn't too sure on the diagnosis but after she got her glasses and looked at things she is happier then she was before and is now intrigued with things up close (before she liked focusing on distant objects)
