I'm trying to figure out why the hell is recovering from a C-Section more damn painful than labor itself. Like wtf is…

Shouldn't be. I didn't even take my prescription. Have you checked for infection or anything unusual?

Everyone is different. It doesn't mean you have an infection. I found labor not to be painful, but recovery was. And that was from a vaginal birth.

Take it easy girl. You just had a major surgery. ❤

C sections are painful. It is major surgery. Take it easy. Let your body heal mama.

My c-section was SUPER painful to recover from. I could hardly walk for 3 days. I opted for no drugs afterwards so that probably didn't help. I guess it is different for everyone but it is major surgery. So if it's completely painless to you there's something wrong with your pain receptors haha 😉 it will get so much better after day 3 id say!

@sixplus1, Yes, the recovery is so painful. I feel bad telling them to take him back to the nursery but realistically I'm not healed enough. I can barely hold him because of the pain and weakness

Yes everybody recovery is different , my recovery was horrible I didn't feel like myself for a month smh. Take it easy hun and try to walk I know it's hard but it's helpful
