@starwars-mom, yea I've tried that but he is so fussy when I try to put him down to try it he just be so aggravated but he doesnt cry at all when I have him in my arms

You can also gently massage his tummy and move his legs like he's pedalling a bicycle. This helps gets things going. But also take him to see a Dr

Not sure what you can give him since i cant speak from expiernce im a fulltime breastfeeding mom i do know its very common so i would contact pediatrcian asap or maybe take baby in.
