I have been throwing up and bad cramps also headaches, hot n cold chills..

My doc told me at the 30 week mark, bc our stomach is so high, lungs and ribs are stretched and diaphragm is up as well, our blood sugar rapidly declines and elevates. She said protein like chicken, turkey, veggies, and lots of hydration/no carbs
