Had to call tricare twice because apparently my healthcare provider doesn't know how to do their job and send the correct paper work to them so my insurance will pay the damn bill. Then this bitch is going to say she can't do it because I gave her the wrong passcode bitch explain to me how I have the doctors passcode fucking finding a new doctor with employees who can do their damn job

@lana30319, I swear it. I just can't believe this bitch was like I gave her the wrong passcode that's confidential shit the dr has. Plus the fact that she tried to blame me because she doesn't know how to do her job. I'll be filling a grievance with tricare tomorrow because I've lived in multiple states and never had this issue with a dr office butch is just fucking lazy having other people doing her job for her

She had to have another agenda to want the passcode! I mean really bank's don't even ask you for your passcodes. What made her think she was supposed to ask that for a doctor's appointment? Did you also report her?
