HELP: 18days late for period, preg tests saying neg, took estrogen creme for 3 days ever other day instructed by doc. And preg symptoms. when can I get ultrasound to check if baby is there? Any advice

Yea we did a urine last Monday but came back neg. Everybody saying urine not as strong as blood.
The worse food item I have to say either preg or not has to be olives ewwww🤢 they are the worse 🤦 ♀ ladies what food item do you hate the most either preg or non preg ??
