Does anyone know what this could be on her skin the little bumps on her side of her face.

Is there a way to get rid of it or just let it do its course.

My little one has it too but all over his body. I guess its normal.

You just have to let it runs it's course. Looks like baby acne

@amelliaholmes1457 breast milk is what i use but if not just leave it alone

OK yea I'm letting it run its course and I wash her face with her wash cloth and water
