So I haven't taken prenatals at all this pregnancy, I started some today due to my iron being low... Now I constantly feel like I could puke. Should I have just not started any or should I switch them?

I'm taking children's gummy vitamins because the prenatals make me feel sick.. I take the gummies at night before bed
