Ugh, so I finally got to go back to college and went to one day of class then my daughter got strep so I had to miss a day. Then I get the flu and had to miss Tuesday. I still feel terrible and am throwing up, but I risk failing my history class if I miss another day. Idk what to do. My teacher said she very strict on her attendance.

:( I'm sorry to hear this. One of the reasons I didn't go back. People with great support systems can do it but I felt i would have been in this situation. I hope everything gets better after this weekend

Could you take an online history class? I did a lot of online classes and that are hard it's definitely not taking the easy route but it made it so much easier when I was sick and my son was sick.

@carrsonsmommy, I tried to do all online but my advisor insisted on me doing half on campus even though I told him I live over an hour away and didn't even have a sitter at the time. @serrano_girl, it would be easier with a better support system but I'm going to do my best to finish. The program I'm entering is really competitive so hopefully I can keep it together and pass my classes!
