My doctor said its okay to lay however you want as long as you're comfortable. I'm 38 weeks and have been sleeping on my back since 8 weeks. Your body will let you know how to sleep. My body is just now letting me know to not sleep on my back as much cuz its painful now. Our bodies can handle a lot. I wouldn't worry about it. 💖💖
I don't see why not? If it's comfortable to you, I slept on my stomach towards the end of my pregnancy a lot because it was the only comfortable way to not feel the baby kick so hard. People only recommend a specific side for baby blood flow, but you can't always stay in one position all night and until baby is due.
@beebaby not even at an incline like @mdomke22 said ? I'm asthmatic so I can't lay flat on my back never have been able to but laying my either side is not working, it's actually painful 😣
@tholliswilliams I know what you mean, I use a pillow or even blankets to nest under my belly, because it hurts for it to be hanging since there's a baby and a lot of pressure being put on it.

No. You should sleep on your sides. Sleeping on your back cuts off circulation
