Today, my beautiful Journey Reye was born at 2:11 pm weighing 7 lbs exactly. 18 hours of labor and around 15 minutes pushing with epidural NOT WORKING. It was a lot of work but totally worth it! So, Piper (my 2 y.o.) met her little sister today and she really surprised me and brought tears to my eyes. Piper came in and looked at Journey and automatically wanted the baby. I was super nervous but instead she runs her hand over her head and on her cheeks. She was such a great big sister!! After she held her for a bit, Piper sat in my lap while Journey visited her Mimi and when Bella was told she couldn't have Journey, she buried her head in my chest, puckered her lip, and cried because she wanted her little sister, immediately bringing tears to my eyes. She's going to make such an amazing sister!! I'm one proud mommy!! ❤ I am now a proud Mommy of 2 BEAUTIFUL little girls...
