I had paragaurd I had it taken out at 5 years it worked great but messed with my body two miscarriages later we are 15 weeks pregnant with our bundle of rainbow joy

@ecahanes Yeah. I told the nurse why I wanted to take it out and how it was making me feel and she spoke to my OB and he said oh you're not feeling that way because of your BC so you need to go to your primary. And wouldn't take it out even though I wanted it out. And my primary couldn't see me right away, and my daughter had a pedi appointment and she actually told me I could remove it myself even though she shouldn't be telling me that. Lol. So I did.

@bhtlove, what?! Mine said they can always take it out if I don't like it..that's terrible

@ecahanes I had Mirena. And I wanted it removed like months later. And my OB refused to take it out. I had to do it myself. 🙈

@bhtlove, see I hear bad things about every method so I just said eff what everyone says I hate hormones and this is my only option so I'm doing it. Besides I can always take it out. 😊🤷🏼‍♀️

@ecahanes Let me know how you like it after a little while! It's been one of those things I have been thinking about because I know they are going to ask after I have our daughter and I cannot do BC with hormones. Even my primary care provider has agreed lol. So ParaGard or no BC are probably my only options. Haha.

Oh okay. I had an IUD before and don't want one again. I'm really leaning towards getting my tubes tided but I'm still not 100% sure
