I have a 6yr old little girl who basically watched me and her dad doing the nasty at 4 am she was literally in the shadows of the night then when I put her to bed she went back asleep and I am so mad at myself and I don't even know what to say to her bc I know she seen alot :( I'm so mad at myself...

She's very young its okay..i have 3 son's when my middle son was in 6th grade he opened my bedroom door at 6 am..i guess my oldest son was using the hallway bathroom and i have a bathroom in my room well he opened the door..my son's always knock especially me being the only woman in the house they know to knock before coming in because.i have told them i can be getting dressed or coming outta shower..well....my man was standing at edge of bed and my legs were wide open and i was on my back...so he stood there in shockk..a few min later i got dressed and explained to him this is what married people do when they love each other butm i have talked to my son's about sex since 4/5th grade when they teach it in school.yes soo akward..maybe since your little girl is so little tell her only moms and dad's lay in the bed together its okay she probably think s your mad at her
It's bound to happen lol I'm sure it's happened to most and it was 4 in the morning no need to beat yourself up over it
