Could also be prickly heat. If you don't see any change within 24 hours, I'd get it checked out.

Huh kind of looks like a yeast infection! It's not very common for diaper rashes to go up that high, but very common for yeast to spread into thighs. My son has had on before!

If the diaper rash cream you are using starts to make it look worse, stop using it. A lot of them have sugars in them, which makes yeast grow. Have you or her been on any antibiotics lately?

@candidbabex, I thought about that 🤔 but I haven't changed the brand of diapers but I did get her a different kind of Huggies.

@ashley1994, I know, I got some medicine for it, but if it's not gone in the next couple days I for sure am.

@alysonmahon, Honestly that's what I think it is, she's been out running errands with me at least everyday last week and she gets hot in her seat sometimes...

@aboutellesbabes, nope, but the diaper cream seems to help it, but I also picked up some other cream for her to use.

@candidbabex, it's still there, but not as red anymore. I've been trying to keep her in just a diaper to let more air hit it, but she always takes her diaper off 😳, thanks for asking about her 😊
