@bird15683 hope you feel better pumpkin. Have you tried sleeping on a heating pad?

I am only 7 weeks and its so hard to sleep at night. My 3yo daughter usually doesn't fall asleep until midnight. And my old man gets up at 5 for work. It takes me hours to go to sleep then i get woken up to go pee or my daughter crawling in bed with me or my syatica bothering me. This is going to be a long pregnancy lol!

It's 3:09 and I've fed and clean baby now I'm about to sleep while he's sleeping.

In the past 3 weeks i have been lucky to get 3 hours of sleep per night. Between my hips and back hurting. And then the irregular contractions.
