I began this post wanting to complain about all the things Luca cannot do yet because I feel like a bad mom. He will be 10 months on the 9th and is quite the lazy little baby. Instead of complaining tho, I've decided to "brag" about my sweet guy and show off the things he can do 😌
1. Luca is a fantastic eater and will at least try everything you give him from fruits and veggies, to meats and cheeses.
2. Luca sleeps 12 hours every single night since 3 months old and still loves to take two 2 hour naps a day.
3. Luca can chase you down in his walker much to my joy and pain since he runs into my feet constantly lol. He is a master at turning in circles and backing up as well!
4. Luca can roll all over the place to get to point A and B.
5. Luca will calm down instantly whenever you sing the itsy bitsy spider and will giggle like crazy.
In closing, my Luca may not be able to crawl, stand, or walk yet but he is such a happy fellow and I wouldn't change him for the world 💛
Sometimes I have to remind myself that every baby is different and it doesn't matter what kind of "mom" you are. They'll do things on their own timing and nothing will change that.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
This is a great post 😊😊
