I think I may be getting a yeast infection but I'm not sure...my "lady business" has been irritated…

I think I may be getting a yeast infection but I'm not sure...my "lady business" has been irritated for a couple of days and has been itching more today and is very sensitive when I wipe. But I've noticed no discharge at all, it actually seems kind of dry. Yeast infection or something else entirely?
