First time mom's : how long did it take you to put your little one in their own room? At what age? Idk why but I'm just not ready to have her in her own room but my husband is.

Finally decided to put baby girl in her own room after her 6 month appt..she took it like a champ... Started with naps first then the first night she went down too easy lol
@twinmommy1717, see my little one sleeps through the night for the most part except now that she's been getting these ear infections. But she has a bad habit of waking up around 5:30am (we start our day at 6:30) so I'm usually so tired I let her sleep in bed with me for an hour.
The roles are switched for us. I'm ready to and my husband isn't. 😩 but mine cuz I don't get any sleep and I am ready to start sleep training with them
My thing is, she's been having a lot of ear infections so she's been waking up in the middle of the night screaming :( @lexonmars and idk I'm like extra attached. But I know I need to do it soon
What age is safe for a baby to sleep in there own cot in there own room ? As my baby is in my room in a next to me and not getting the use of her own cot she is 8 months just now

Kai has basically outgrown his moses basket so I was looking to get a crib until he's 6months and can go in his own room, some work colleagues have told my partner if he's outgrown the moses basket he might aswell be in his own room and to just get one of those sensors to put under his cot, I feel like he's too little to be in his own room though 🤔

Baby girl is doing amazing!! They removed her breathing tube this morning and instead of having to do the CPAP mask she went straight to only needing the oxygen through her nose and the next step is for her to be completely on her own ! She’s been doing so good they are putting her in a step down room so she won’t be in the intensive care part anymore and we can all be together in a room finally and not apart ! 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
@king_julienne, I plan on giving it a try prbly this month. We will start with naps too. She's almost 9 months so hopefully it won't be hard lol
