If the heating pad is on your back and has one of those cloth things they usually come with, you SHOULD be fine. Just make sure you yourself aren't feeling too hot and out of breath. I had back cramping early in my pregnancy too...
Tylenol is safe to take. I would take Tylenol and I soaked in the bath and closed my eyes
If you're pregnant mama 3 hrs on a heating pad is not good especially early on in not sure how far you are but have you been to the clinic to see if they know why ya back is hurting?
