I ordered a fetal doppler online. And it's coming in two days. I'm so excited to hear my baby's HB. Does anyone else have a doppler at home? And did you have a hard time finding the HB?

@mia.forte1997 yep! Minus the 4 weeks of not getting any! Lol but I was queasy and felt gross anyway. Lol

@halifax6, I finally stopped bleeding but they couldn't give me a diagnosis for the bleeding. Which I really at the time didn't care about the diagnosis I just wanted to make sure that my baby was ok. Which that sounds really bad but I just was in distress so as long as everything was ok I wasn't worried too much about the diagnosis
@mia.forte1997 I don't blame you one bit. Bleeding is sooo scary. Did your doctor have a reason behind the bleeding? I got put on pelvic rest for almost a month due to bleeding. Not fun. I will send you lots of positive vibes!
@halifax6, yes, if you're pregnant and bleeding. Your mind goes to the worst possible outcome/reason. So I just can't wait to get this doppler and at least I have that option. I'm hoping and praying I can find it in the first time but I need to not get worried and impatient!
@mia.forte1997 I totally understand the need for reassurance. I checked on Saturday cause I just felt off and I heard that little washing machine running and I felt so much better. The next day, I had some cramping and I tried to find it again, and I did, but it was super faint. Still nice to hear.
@halifax6, Lol yes that's so true, but I decided to start using it because I've been having some bleeding. I went to the doctor though and she said everything was fine. So I'm basically just getting it to reassure myself. However, I do need to keep in mind that if I don't find it at first it's ok, and I just need to be patient.
@mommy.to.sterling, I try to keep in mind that it's highly likely that I won't find the HB on the first try. I think my problem is impatience. Which is not good!
Yes! I have one. I started looking at 9 weeks and couldn't find it until 11 weeks. Very very low! YouTube how to find the heartbeat with the brand you bought
I didn't find it until about 14 weeks, after the Dr found it right away, so I knew where to look. Since then it's been 2/3 times I've been able to find it, but I'm not as far along as you. My advice is start lower than you think, but yay! It's so exciting! Oh and don't be upset if you can't find it one time, because they can hide. Lol
@annekam1022, I'm going to do the same today after work. So hopefully I have a similar experience!
