They say breath in your nose out your mouth that didn't work I breathed in my mouth out my mouth. That worked until they got super strong then I was crying screaming and trying to breath!

They say deep breathes and u know that typical labor breathing?.. But that did not work for me lol..some use music as well some walk the contractions off..I just tried to switch up positions in bed and well yelled lol..whatever works for you

Focus on your breathing not just breath. The pain is in your head. You can control the intensity. Just focus
