Yes it is. If this is your first pregnancy alot of women don't feel movement for up to 24 weeks. Also if your placenta is anterior up in front you're not going to feel the baby move as much or as strong, because the placenta is making like a cushion when it's in front so it will take longer to feel it, but once the baby gets bigger, you'll definitely feel him. With my first pregnancy, she would push so hard it hurt sometimes. I had that problem with my second pregnancy. Also, alot of women think it's gas bubbles, because they feel very similar. Also, it depends on how skinny or fat you are. I'm 21 weeks along with my third baby, and I started feeling him around 16 weeks.

Yes it's normal I didn't feel my baby until around 22 weeks is this ur first
