@mamalove563 I was sick constantly this pregnancy from 8-15 weeks I couldn't even get water to stay down but it started getting better from there..hope this is the case for you, too hun! 👍❤

You know what worked for me when I couldn't hold anything down and wanted my baby to get nutrition, I'd drink ensure drinks like one or two a day. I could keep them down for some reason. You could try them?
