Ugh yea I've read so much and am thinking of going to a pelvic therapist to see if that helps. I dread having sex because of it and it sucks

@alashure001 same and my husband gets upset that I don't want to but doesn't understand how uncomfortable it is for me. Before I got pregnant the first time we literally had sex everyyyday and now he s mad "I've changed" not my fault you put 2 babies in me bro.

@alashure001, that's a good idea! I need to do that too. Girl same it's like I don't want sex because then the rest of the night I'm in pain. That's not fun. Let us know if you find a solution!

I literally just had this convo with my so. It's like all my insides didn't return to their originally place and it's all weird now. Like nothing is aligned anymore like yeah um that wall didn't use to be there please stop hitting it it feels wrong. It's been 10mos since I've given birth and we rarely have sex. Not to mention I feel things got wrecked and I'm not tight anymore and keagels don't work anymore
