@martcas1989 I used a small suitcase and a reusable shopping bag. The hospital gave me a bag too.

Whenever you want. I pack and repacked mine lol. All you really need are comfy clothes for you, some toiletries, a few outfits for baby and chapped stick. The hospital should provide everything else. Oh and some snacks may come in handy.
