Please help lol
I just stared back working. Im a server, bartender, and hostess. I stand on my feet all day, I wear nikes but my feet still hurt. Anything I can put in my shoes so they won't hurt?

Dr. Schoolls inserts, and if incest in a really good pair of server shoes, I used to get Walmart shoes or dress flats because I didn't want to spend the money and it was so rough on my feet. Get really good slip resistant shoes!
