What @kambam said but you can stimulate him as well. Like if he tries to sit up or roll over assist him. But stay in his view so he can see you. Singing, dancing and helping him with his hands as well.
Tummy time, toys, books, music games, going outside. He will learn things on his own when ready

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
