Fresh out of shower. Omg so well needed since I've forgotten starting AF would be heavy as heck. Glad hubby got me the Equate overnight pads. Having this semi cold/virus isn't making it easier but it's going away pretty quickly. Now if I could figure out why I have this random lump/bump inside my right breast that seem to pop when I squeeze it but comes back after a while. It hurts now because it was close to my vein and I squeeze it before showering. Milk ducts maybe?

@alimtz0510 that what hubby said too but I never heard of over supplying. Jeez it hurts 😣 more milk for my son since he loves it

@deafmama16, maybe u have an oversupply and you're making too much.
@alimtz0510 I do pump before nursing if too engorged to nurse but once I feel comfortable enough to nurse I go ahead let DD latch and finish pumping when she finish.
