Does evening primrose oil really help with cervical ripening? I dont plan on trying it anytime soon or until I talk to my OB but I wanted to see what others thought about it!?

@keishacrabtree.kc I'm not sure. She starts using it at 37-38 weeks.
My cousin swears by it. She's had like 7 kids.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
