What can I do for this pain. My pee is still so red and my back literally is hurting so bad

You need to go to the hospital hun your pee shouldn't be red

@courtneyraelochamy, I had one last week 😭 I went in to make sure the stone wasn't stuck in the ureter and they sent me home with pain meds that were safe for my baby. They were life savers...

You're going to end up with a kidney infection if you don't pass it soon. Kidney stones fucking suck. I can't believe your hospital isn't doing anything to help you pass this

@sawyersmom, it wasn't my hospital it was urgent care, I haven't went to hospital yet because trying to avoid the extra bill. I've had this same stone since October. It is too big to pass but it is just now starting to kinda show by the blood and pain. I do have an infection they are sending my urine off to see if it's UTI or kidney infection:/

Ugh that is so rough. You don't have insurance? Because you are probably going to have to have it blasted

@sawyersmom, I do, but still costs a lot to go to the hospital. I was there about 7 months ago getting 7 stitches in my hand because I cut it at work and my bill was so high. I don't have the extra money for it again 😩

That sucks. I know what that's like. Can your family doctor refer you to a urologist that should be cheaper

@sawyersmom, I've been to a urologist that's how I found out I have this kidney stone. After my gallbladder surgery they were supposed to let me recover and call me back to see what they could do about this stone but it never happened. I may try calling them tomorrow after I call my OBGYN and let him know what's going on.
