The body only has certain ways it reacts to things... So as with anything in pregnancy it's likely "normal" for your body

Could be an infection but could also be lightning crotch

Maybe a UTI, if it's accompanied by itchiness, it could easily be a yeast infection. I've read that those are common during pregnancy. I actually just had a yeast infection, out of nowhere. Definitely schedule an appointment with your OB and have them check you out.
