I've been having lower back pain like to my tailbone and hip pain since yesterday. I've tried everything and it's just not getting better. Any advice on what is going on and how to get it to go away!!

@saniyyahhasan well I know im not constipated. So I'm going to try those exercises today and see if they help any
I also eat differently to stay regular n drink water too ease some back pain. Pregnancy hormones are to blame too n baby may be on your back too.
@keishacrabtree.kc I went thru the same thing n trying a lot too is your diet good. I sometimes be constipated n when I'm cleaned out it helped with the back pressure too but those exercises from YouTube helped but I had to do them several times a day though @keishacrabtree.kc
@saniyyahhasan I've tried the heating pad and hot baths and back rubs but it's not doing it. It only eases it for a min. This pain has been going on for 2 days now. I use the heating pad when I go to sleep caus it seems to help enough just to fall asleep but once I get up its there again. And it's with me all day
You can also go on YouTube n put in lower back pain exercise (stretches) n I do some of them several times a day for several days.
