So I have this friend who is also a coworker th ay my *almost 2 year old absolutely adores. And it started out as cute but now every time my daughter sees her she goes absolutely wild. And let me put out there that this friend of mine is not at all a bad person and other that one time I let her baby sit months ago she only sees her with me around. And my daughter doesn't act scared or like she is getting hurt she just gets really excited really fast and doesn't calm down until about 30 minutes after we leave. Like she is so wild I can barely handle her. Running around like crazy and refusing to let anyone, including me, pick her up besides that friend and demands it. There is no one else she acts this way about and I can't decide if I should do something about it or even what I would do. I have avoided taking my daughter around her just because it is so hard to handle her when she gets that excited but I also don't want that friend to think that I have a problem with her because I don't at all. She isn't mean to cassie at all. And from what I have seen the last few times she gets overwhelmed a little too when my daughter is near her. My daughter literally never acts like that with anyone else at all and I don't get it. Does anyone else have that one "favorite person" for their child who gets them really excited without even trying?
