Anyone have any tips on healing faster after birth?
Rest rest rest, do not get up to do a lot of stuff hopefully you took care of everything if not most important things before you gave birth in that case if you can avoid grocery shopping running errands etc, no lifting anything other than baby, try not to stand too long like washing dishes for 15-20mins, and most importantly eat a well balanced meal and drink plenty of fluids! Ask for help if you need it mama! 😘
@nickee no problem hun! A set back is horrible sometimes can be more painful than giving birth it's when you do too much too soon after giving birth and your body can ache for days, weeks, or a month or so, so just take it extremely easy.
