This is just stupid I'm happy they can afford everything they need without getting assistance but life ain't easy for a lot of people and my husband works we are a working house hold but we do get assistance it's not much but just a little helps . I'm grateful for the little help we do get .

Wtf ignorant people..we'd have so many more homeless,starving people if we did away with these things.so many people would go uneducated because they can't afford college..smh. wait til she needs assistance.

My case worker said I can get fruits and veggies with wic so if I can stop slacking on it I want to get it ASAP. I'm soooo tired of boxed foods!

According to my case worker my son will automatically be covered for a year once he's born. I'm so glad it's one less thing to stress about!

And the girl that shared it has her kids on disability..and stuff...so i don't see how she thought it was logical to share that lol... @damiensmommy1117

It's crazy how jacked up the prices are for insurance! The cheapest package my mom could get through her work is $400 and she still has to pay everything out of pocket until $10,000! It's absolutely mind boggling to me.

I was on medicaid for pregnant women, food stamps, and wic but now I'm only on food stamps and wic and looking for health insurance through Obama care since I'm a sub for a school district now and I can't afford to pay full price for their insurance coverage @damiensmommy1117

Some people who have it easy for one reason or another don't seem to realize it is damn near impossible to afford a semi-decent one or two bedroom apartment, daycare, and all necessities even with a full time, non-fast food or retail job.

My mom gets $15/hr in the medical field and she still has to live with three other people to be able to support my little sister and she just recently was kicked off food stamps because she "makes too much". Yet she has only $50 to feed herself and my sister for two whole weeks.

My grandma is very much in pain from her arthritis riddled body, plus the heart attack she had earlier this year has caused even more issues in her body and she can't work, she has to have food stamps just to be able to survive, she also has to have state medical because she can't afford the insane prices for health insurance.

I've been looking for a job intensely for 6 months straight now and haven't gotten a single call back, but my boyfriend has been lucky enough to work full time and we can still barely afford to live in this shitty, dangerous apartment complex, where we literally don't even have an actual fridge or stove/oven and I have no choice but to have government insurance or I wouldn't be able to have prenatal care.

There is nothing wrong with using the assistance that is offered, even when for some people, like my grandma, it is more than just assistance. It's a lifeline.

I hate ignorant people so damn much.
