Yes it doesn't take long it comes with a pump took me about 10 mins tops to blow mine up

It taste amazing but doesn't work for everyone it's also the cumin tea with cinnimon I ended up doing nipple simulation while bouncing on my yoga ball that work had my daughter few hours later

@chelli the nipple stimulation will probably make me want to be intimate lol. But I'm gonna try the tea as well. I'm trying everything this week lol
