I had a reduction, lift, implant for fullness, and lipo by the arm pits to get the "over boob".... when I redo them it will be lots less bc I'm a returning patient and bc I can do a revision vs doing the whole deal! But it was..... 16k (I also made sure that I was going to an extreme top rated surgeon bc I was scared about my scars). My boobs still look good, I can still go no bra, the are just too big from my second pregnancy.

I agree pregnancy makes them sag! Haha I got mine done after my first bc I was "done having kids", hahahaha hahahah, looks like I'll be back again. Mine aren't "saggy"'this time, just HUGE!

I've heard there are chest exercises you can do that help.
