Black soap, tea tree oil and witch hazel is what I tell everyone. All natural and will definitely help. Wash your pillowcases often, keep hair out of your face, and don't touch them!

Mary Kay's Charocal Face mask has helped me wonders I use it twice a week and mine is basically done I never hsd acne before pregancy. I'm sure any Charocal mask will do the trick though. Also washing your face when you wake up abd before you go to bed
