@chefsurahh It's nothing to be embarrassed about! It was hard for me to get started with everything, I still have bad days, but it's all about just sticking with a routine in my opinion.
@chefsurahh I hated cardio but I am leaving for the Army in January so I had to learn to deal. Now that I'm better at cardio I actually enjoy it (never thought I'd say that lol). I've been trying to work on push-ups but it's been a disaster. People say the only way to get better is to just do them. But I'm on a different level of terrible when it comes to them.
I am! It's working really well so far, honestly don't miss any of the things I've cut out or cut back on. I've lost 16lbs in a little under a month (was heavy to begin with). I have a really serious workout regimen which I feel is probably more responsible for the weight loss than the dieting.
