firstly i am so so very sorry you're going through this. i had a miscarriage back in 2014 when i first started trying to have a baby. i was about 12wks date wise but only measured 5 weeks. i was devastated. and i wanted a baby so badly i started tracking everything. that in turn made my body completely shut down. and that put me into such deep depression i cried every month aunt flo showed up. in 2016 i finally gave up. i deleted all my tracking apps. i started going out and hanging out with friends and doing more things than i had before. and after about 8 months i began to feel somewhat myself again. but the main thing was i never let my body heal from such a tragic experience. you HAVE to take care of you hun. give your mind and body time, to heal, to have time to grieve. what made my experience worse was i was told to get over it. "if i got pregnant once i can get pregnant again right". it was heartbreaking. and you will forever be changed by this. you have a huge support group of ladies here.💕 never give up💕

I'm very sorry hun. My tip would be to give it some time. Trying to get pregnant right after a miscarriage, could result in another one. I would wait for a while until your body cleans itself out completely and heals, and after you've had a regular period. Prayers to you sweetheart.
