I DID IT! I jumped back on the workout train. Yes I believe in celebrating a start or even a restart because the decision to take care of your body is an important one. For a while I was doing so well then I just let the busyness of life take over. But NOT ANYMORE! I just finished a 30 minute workout in my living room.
