It's amazing how a kind word from a stranger can change your whole demeanor... i got up late... while burping my daughter she puked on me from my neck to my knees! No time for a shower or make up, I just wiped myself up with a burp rag and got dressed... got to the doctor and had to get on the scale... then I just felt icky and fat! 🤦‍♀️🙄 got into my car buckled my seatbelt and waited in the line of cars to leave my doctors parking lot... sitting at the stop sign... and a stranger looks at me smiles and says good morning beautiful! 🤔... 😏 my first thought... I still got it! 😅 just amazing how all those negative thoughts and negative self image could be so easily washed away! Go out of your way to compliment a stranger... you have no idea the impact a few nice words could have!
