OK so I have a question this morning I had really bad cramping and then diarrhea now I have been having cramping and contractions all day since then it hurts worse when I pee. What can I do?

So ive been having stomach. Cramps that come and go like im on my period i have not been bleeding or having any fever just the cramps. Is this normal? Its my first pregnancy and im 4weeks and 2 days

On my first miscarriage I didn't have any bleeding but some horrible cramps which came and went

Did anyone have cramps in their lower back while they were in their tww and got a BFP later on? I've been having cramps in my lower back (right side) today like I'm about to come on!! I still have 9days until Af! I've never had this early on before!! I really thought af was coming today! ?
