I realized Kai cries out in his sleep some nights , it's a completely different cry , it's more like a wail and it breaks my heart , so I looked it up and it's nightmares he's having so now I stay half awake every night so when he gets them I can pick him up right away ND comfort ND hold him til he falls asleep again. 💔 My poor baby. I hope they stop soon.

My daughter had them it was called night terrors && she is 4 and sometimes still has them

Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but.....
